We would like to invite children ages 5-18 who have a physical or developmental disability to participate in a fun workshop that focus on fitness, preparing a nutritious meal, and FUN educational activities. Sometimes it is not easy for children to feel comfortable participating in exercise programs with limited mobility. This is an exciting opportunity for children with disabilities to interact with other children going through the same issues together.
