Hotel Stay Requirements

All items below are required in order to request a room:
- Family will be required to spend attend SB Day (7/22/23) at Morgan's Wonderland.
- The reservation holder (parent or individual with SB) must be over the age of 18.
- The immediate family must live over 140 miles from San Antonio.
- The reservation holder must have a government-issued photo ID (license or passport).
- The family must present a credit or debit card to the hotel upon check-in. 
- Your family must have attended ALL SBTX-sponsored events that they have signed up for. If you are unsure if you meet this requirement please email [email protected] and include the name of the individual with SB, and their date of birth.
- Maximum occupancy per room is 4, if you need an additional room for your family/guest, please let SBTX know as soon as possible so you can reserve an additional room. 

Please understand that we cannot guarantee all rooms will be completely accessible. We are working with different hotel partners to make sure your family has a limitless, enjoyable experience.

Hotel Stay will be 7/21/2023 (Friday) to 7/23/2023 (Sunday), hotel information will be available a week before. If your family needs the hotel for one day, please let us know below.
